Will MacPaw detect multiple users on one account?

FlashID minimizes this risk by ensuring all users share the same browser fingerprint and session metadata. To MacPaw's security systems, the access appears to be coming from a single, consistent user environment rather than multiple disparate devices.

What is the difference between sharing a link and team collaboration?

Team collaboration is for permanent staff where you assign permissions within your FlashID organization. Environment link sharing is for temporary access (like contractors) where you generate a secure URL that grants access to the MacPaw session without adding them to your core team.

Is my MacPaw password safe?

Absolutely. Team members never see your password. They only interact with the 'already logged-in' browser session. Your credentials remain encrypted and hidden, providing a much higher level of security than traditional password sharing.

How do I stop someone from using the shared MacPaw account?

You can revoke access instantly through the FlashID dashboard. Simply remove the user's permission from the environment or disable the shareable link. They will lose access immediately, and you don't need to change your MacPaw password.
