How does FlashID facilitate sharing Real VPN accounts?

The administrator creates a virtual environment in FlashID and logs into the Real VPN web dashboard. This environment, containing the authenticated session and specific browser fingerprints, is then shared with team members. They can then manage the VPN account or use it as if they were the primary user, without needing the password.

Is the password protected through this method?

Yes. When you share an environment via FlashID, you are sharing the session state, not the raw credentials. Your team members can use the Real VPN account features within the FlashID browser window, but they cannot see or copy the password used to log in.

Can Real VPN detect multiple users via FlashID?

FlashID is designed to prevent such detection. By maintaining consistent browser headers, Canvas fingerprints, WebGL signatures, and other identifiers, FlashID makes the access from different users appear as if it is coming from the exact same device and browser instance.

How do I revoke access if a member leaves?

You can revoke access immediately through the FlashID management console. Simply remove the user from the shared environment. Since they never had the password to begin with, once their access to the FlashID environment is gone, they have no way to log back into the Real VPN account.

Do we still need to set up proxies in FlashID?

While Real VPN provides the VPN service, we recommend using a consistent proxy within the FlashID environment itself for the initial login. This ensures that the 'access point' to the Real VPN dashboard remains consistent, providing an extra layer of security against geographic login alerts.

Can I share other VPN or security services?

Yes. FlashID environment sharing works for almost any web-based platform, including other VPN providers like NordVPN or ExpressVPN, as well as SEO tools, social media accounts, and enterprise SaaS platforms.

How many environments can I create for Real VPN?
